If a guest says they started a tab but can’t see it on their screen, they likely accidentally closed out of the app clip. It’s super easy to get back to it, just like any other app.

We recommend one of three options for the guest to get back to their tab:

1. Go to recent apps on their phone (all the way to the right on iPhones)
2. View past apps by swiping up from the bottom of the phone and holding until you see your apps in the foreground. The Vēmos Pay app clip will appear and will be on their tab screen.
3. Scan the QR code again and re-enter phone number. This will bring you back to the tab.
