The Tab Pin is a new feature we released in our latest build to help bartenders look up tabs with speed & ease in a loud, crowded environment ✨

How it works

When a guest starts a tab, they now see a Tab Pin splash screen prompting them to show their Pin and Name to the bartender when they order.

  1. Guest goes through the standard opening a bar tab flow
  2. After the card is pre-authed, they get to the Tab Pin Splash Screen
  3. Guest shows the screen to the bartender for easy lookup, or says they have a tab open under their name or number
  4. Guest goes back to the check and sees items added
  5. They can tap on the black “Tab Pin” icon in the bottom right of the check to pull their Tab Pin splash screen back up for future rounds.
